Experteer Overview
In this role you will define scalable enterprise AI architectures for Wind Engineering, creating durable patterns and reference architectures aligned with GE Vernova platforms. You will mentor Embedded AI Architects and ensure solutions are reusable, secure, and maintainable across the organization. You’ll serve as the technical liaison with Digital/IT and platform teams, driving MLOps, toolchains, and integration standards. This position blends AI engineering depth with architecture leadership to advance AI-forward practices and governance. You will influence enterprise-wide standards and enable scalable, cross-domain AI solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and maintain enterprise AI architectures and reusable solution patterns
• Create and maintain AI design practices, including documentation standards and review checkpoints
• Update engineering standard work and quality management systems with AI advancements
• Partner with Digital/IT on platforms, MLOps, and integration standards
• Review subsystem AI designs for scalability and reuse




• Mentor Embedded AI Architects and develop competency pathways
• Act as technical escalation point for complex or high-risk AI initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions with enterprise-level architecture responsibilities
• Deep knowledge across AI/ML domains (supervised learning, deep learning, time-series, generative AI, agentic workflows, physics-informed modeling)
• Experience defining standards, reference architectures, and design practices for AI portfolios
• Familiarity with MLOps platforms, cloud AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), model serving frameworks, and enterprise data platforms
