In this role you contribute to technical due diligences and project supervision within Arcadis’ Development Consultancy. You will analyze risks in building operations, estimate costs to fix defects, and maintain high-quality client service in an international advisory setting. You work closely with a cross-functional team to support real estate transactions and ensure compliance with quality standards. This position offers growth through varied site visits across Spain and collaboration with experienced professionals. Compensaciones / Incentivos

• Analyze risks in the daily running of buildings
• Estimate investment costs to address asset defects and legal non-conformities
• Build and maintain client relationships and deliver high-quality service to clients

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor_in_Architecture
• 2-3 years of relevant xqbhyrx professional experience
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Availability for site visits and client meetings across Spain
• Timely delivery and quality of deliverables per Arcadis standards
• Alignment with Arcadis Way and core values
