In this Production Planner role you will balance demand with manufacturing capacity to keep products available. You will collaborate with production, supply planning, and logistics teams to optimize planning and sequencing. You will monitor capacity, manage inventory, and support continuous improvements in planning accuracy and service levels. The position sits at our Gemerská Hôrka site and offers the chance to influence end-to-end operations through data-driven decisions. You will work in a cross-functional environment that values proactive problem solving and collaboration to support business goals.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Create and maintain production plans and schedules aligned with demand and capacity constraints
• Monitor production capacity and identify constraints to minimize disruptions




• Maintain healthy finished goods and key material inventory levels
• Collaborate with production, material planning, logistics, and customer-facing teams on changes and priorities
• Evaluate impacts of demand fluctuations, capacity changes, and special production requirements for planning decisions
• Track planning-related KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain relevant planning data and support xqbhyrx the use of SAP and planning tools

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in production planning, supply planning, or materials planning
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, and planning systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative working style
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
