In recent years, data and analytics have become a critical area of investment, with IOM progressively adopting modern data platforms to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and the design of migrant-focused services. /ppAs part of this effort, IOM has developed a central Microsoft Fabric platform in collaboration with Microsoft, serving as the foundation for its enterprise-wide data ecosystem. However, data stewardship and ownership are now distributed across various departments, requiring a collaborative, cross-functional approach to ensure data is effectively integrated and made available for actionable insights. /ppThis Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Associate (Data Engineer) falls under the overall supervision of the ICT Officer (Data Analyst) and will work closely with them to identify and integrate relevant data assets into the Microsoft Fabric platform.
