Working with international project teams, customers, and suppliers, you will drive the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions from design through construction. /ppThis role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects, influence key technical decisions, and contribute to the energy transition. /ph3How you’ll make an impact /h3ulliLead and coordinate all civil engineering activities for substation and power quality projects. /liliEnsure the quality, completeness, and functionality of the civil scope throughout project execution. /liliDeliver civil designs, calculations, and technical documentation from basic engineering to as-built stages. /liliProvide technical guidance and recommendations during engineering, procurement, and construction phases. /liliSupport project and contract managers in assessing scope changes, claims, risks, costs, and schedule impacts. /liliPrepare civil engineering work plans, resource estimates,



and risk assessments. /liliSupport site activities through planning, supervision, reporting, and resolution of technical issues. /liliCoach and support engineers and project teams while building strong customer relationships. /li /ulh3Your background /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. /liliMore than 10 years of experience in civil engineering and/or site construction for high- or medium-voltage substations. /liliStrong expertise in substation civil design, engineering, and construction execution. /liliExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external engineering partners. /liliKnowledge of BIM methodology. /liliStrong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards. /li /ulh3More About Us /h3pA holistic range of competitive benefit program to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
