What you will be doing
Cash Management & Forecasting

-

- Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts.

- Prepare short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal liquidity and funding.

Banking Operations

-

- Execute payments, manage bank interfaces, and ensure timely processing of transactions.

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain banking documentation and support KYC processes.

Treasury Accounting, FX & Risk Management

-

- Post treasury‑related transactions, support foreign‑exchange operations: FX deals, hedging, revaluation.

- Assist in month‑end closing.

- Ensure compliance with controls and accounting standards, collaborate with finance teams to mitigate financial risks.

Reporting & Automation

-

- Generate treasury reports, support management and audit with process data and documentation.

- Support TMS and ERP integration, participate in system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives.

What we are looking for

-





- Successfully completed education with a focus on treasury or relevant professional experience in a similar role.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP S/4HANA and Treasury Management Systems such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury.

- Strong analytical thinking with ability to recognize process or system deficiencies, propose and drive improvements.

- Understanding of the financial background of Treasury operations: financial instruments, cash flow, FX, banking products, IFRS principles related to Treasury.

- Structured, autonomous working style and a hands‑on mentality.

- Fluent in English (additional European language an asset) and able to work in a multinational, complex matrix organization.
