This role involves leading design initiatives, ensuring a unified and scalable design language, and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers. You will improve design processes and tools, enhance user experience on our e‑commerce platform, and align all designs with our brand and business objectives. /p ul liLead the design and implementation of our design systems, tools, and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our design process. /li liCreate and maintain a set of design libraries including design tokens, components, content guides, and design patterns. /li liDevelop and maintain design documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across design teams and digital products. /li liOptimize and standardize design processes, including file management, version control, and collaboration. /li liBecome a Brand Champion and contribute to consistency and beauty in the creation of visually captivating designs that embody the essence of luxury. /li liMentor and provide guidance to other Product Designers, fostering continuous learning in persona development, targeting strategies, and advanced data analysis. /li liConduct comprehensive user research to grasp user needs, behaviours, and pain points, using insights to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. /li liCreate effective design solutions such as wireframes, mock‑ups, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that vividly visualize concepts and interactions, ensuring usability and engagement. /li liCollaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, business goals,



and technical constraints, translating them into effective design solutions. /li liEnhance cross‑platform experience by crafting cohesive, responsive design solutions that seamlessly span web‑based and mobile applications. /li liFacilitate usability testing, including qualitative user testing sessions and A/B testing methodologies, to refine designs and enhance overall user experience. /li liStay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, recommending their integration to foster innovation and maintain relevance. /li /ul h3Main relationships /h3 ul liProduct Managers /li liDevelopers /li liQA Engineers /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 8 years of experience in digital product design and 4 years in Design Systems, with strong experience in native apps (iOS and Android). /li liStrong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise and the ability to advocate for design within the organization. /li liProficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. /li liFamiliarity with project management and collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence. /li liUnderstanding of user‑centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile‑first approaches. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills for presenting and discussing design decisions. /li liExperience in Agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams. /li liAbility to understand requirements and design complete user experiences. /li liExpert knowledge in user‑centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, testing methodologies, accessibility standards, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design. /li /ul h3Tech Skills Certifications /h3 ul liHTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is highly valuable.
