Are you a data-driven compensation expert with a deep understanding of sales incentives?

As part of our Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in the execution and continuous improvement of our compensation programs, with a strong focus on sales compensation and variable pay. You will support the calculation, governance, and optimization of incentive plans, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business priorities. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Operations, and other key stakeholders, you will help translate compensation data into clear insights, reliable processes,



and effective rewards solutions for our integral teams.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 40,000.
