We are looking for candidates who are currently pursuing a Degree or a Master for our paid internship program. /p pAs a Sales Administration Intern you will support our Client Services Team in overseeing the campaign implementation process and maximizing company revenue, while ensuring accurate billing reconciliation and timely campaign closure. /p h3Requirements: /h3 ul liCurrently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing or a related field. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Excel. /li liExperience in digital advertising marketing: media agencies, advertising technologies, will be a plus. /li liExperience in sales client management, strong client‑facing skills will be a plus. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liInterest in digital marketing and programmatic advertising. /li liFormer experience with programmatic advertising – platforms such as SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges or DMPs will be a plus.



/li liAdvanced level of English (B2) required. /li /ul h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul liSetting up new clients in the system (terms sheet management). /li liCoordinating with the Sales team to update the SCM. /li liFollowing up on proposals submitted to clients. /li liReceiving Insertion Orders (IOs) and verifying that they match the approved proposals. /li liSupporting the team with archived campaigns by providing reports, purchase orders, screenshots, and other relevant documentation. /li liSupporting the team with the monthly billing reconciliation and closing process. /li liEnsuring an optimal campaign implementation and trafficking process by collecting relevant documentation. /li liUpdating Client Service management tools, such as Trello, throughout the campaign onboarding process. /li liEnsuring the timely closure of campaigns and delivering final figures. /li liCoordinating and confirming monthly campaign closing figures with clients, reconciling data between Sonata and ad servers. /li liProviding the Finance team with monthly closing figures and documentation required for onboarding new clients. /li /ul h3We offer: /h3 ul liPaid 6‑month internship with a possibility of further development within the company for selected candidates. /li liGreat work environment. /li liUnique opportunity to gain experience in an international company, which is a reference within the digital advertising sector globally. /li /ul h3Join Us! /h3 pAt Taptap, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of who we are.
