What will you be doing?

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll

- assist customers via phone and email and chat
- helping them resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience.
- work with internationally recognised brands in rapidly growing industries while becoming part of a collaborative and supportive team.

- Salary of €1,800 gross per month during the first 6 months,



1850 € after 6 months and 2000 € after 12 months

Who are we looking for?
- C2 level of German, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
- English level of B2 or higher
- Already based in Málaga (or nearby) with the legal right to work xqbhyrx in Spain or in the process of moving to Malaga
- Available to start during August or September
- Flexible for 40 work weeks Monday-Sunday between 7-22 (working hours vary per project, no nightshifts)
- Previous customer service experience is a big advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- A true team player with a adaptable mindset

We are currently hiring for multiple training groups starting ASAP throughout August and September.
