You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural environment where every day brings something new. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liProviding friendly, professional telephone assistance to customers and partner agencies. /li liConfirming transfer schedules and supporting transportation coordination. /li liManaging Lost Found cases with efficiency, empathy, and attention to detail. /li liAssisting customers with claims, incidents, or emergency situations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. /li liAccurately registering and updating customer interactions and cases in internal systems. /li liCoordinating with local suppliers, operations teams, and destination partners to resolve issues effectively. /li liProactively identifying customer needs and providing clear, solution-oriented guidance. /li liFollowing established procedures while maintaining a adaptable and customer-focused approach.
