ppbRole Purpose /bAs part of the evolution of the PTP function within Celsius entities, the PTP Supervisor role is established to strengthen operational control, improve issue resolution, and enhance team coordination. This position reports directly to the PTP Manager and acts as a key support and backup, ensuring continuity in leadership while taking ownership of operational execution, payment processes, and issue resolution across the PTP function. The PTP Supervisor will serve as the main point of contact for PTP Specialists, driving accountability, ensuring process compliance, and leading resolution of operational challenges. /pulliPlease note: /liliSalary range (50,000 - 52,000) is in Euros per year /liliThis is a hybrid role, requiring to be onsite at our Barcelona office 3x days per week /li /ulbKey Responsibilities /bbOperational Leadership Team Support /bulliAct as first point of contact for all PTP Specialists for operational queries and escalations /liliProvide day-to-day guidance and ensure proper task prioritization /liliSupport workload coordination across the team /liliAct as backup to the PTP Manager when required /li /ulbIssue Resolution Ownership SLA Management /bulliTake full ownership of PTP issue resolution across all vendors /liliAct when PTP Specialists are unable to resolve issues (e.g., price or quantity mismatches) /liliAct as primary coordinator with Procurement, business stakeholders, and vendors to unblock issues /liliDefine, monitor, and enforce SLAs for issue resolution, taking ownership of and driving resolution for issues not solved within agreed timelines /liliEnsure timely resolution and proper documentation of issues /liliProvide structured weekly reporting to PTP Manager and senior management on open and overdue issues, root causes, action plans and resolution timelines /li /ulbVendor Ownership /bulliAct as escalation point for complex or high-impact vendor issues /liliEnsure proper follow-up and resolution of critical cases /li /ulbPayment Execution Cash Out Management /bulliOwn the weekly payment proposal process,
