About the Client Our client is a general payment
platform that provides acquiring, business accounts, and virtual
card issuing services to digital businesses. They cater to sectors
such as e-commerce, iGaming, and finance. As a principal member of
Visa and Mastercard, the company delivers secure and compliant
payment processing solutions, supporting both low-risk and
high-risk industries. Their offerings include card processing, mass
payouts, open banking, and various alternative payment methods,
allowing businesses to efficiently manage and scale their financial
operations. Role Overview We are seeking a Human Resources Director
who will play a crucial role in shaping the HR landscape of the
organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to design and
implement scalable HR processes across multiple countries, directly
impacting the company’s growth and employee satisfaction. You will
work fully remotely from one of the following locations: Poland,
Cyprus, or Spain, leading initiatives that align with the company's
strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Design and implement clear,
scalable, and measurable HR processes across hiring, onboarding,
performance management, compensation, development, and offboarding.
Develop and oversee employee engagement strategies to enhance
company culture and satisfaction. Lead diversity, equity, and
inclusion initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace. Manage
HR compliance and risk management to ensure alignment with legal
and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior leadership to
align HR strategies with business objectives and drive
organisational growth. Requirements Experience building and scaling
HR functions in 200–500+ employee organisations, ideally with
distributed or international teams. Strong operational and
systems-thinking mindset. Ability to act as a trusted business
partner and constructively challenge leadership when needed.
Experience in tech or regulated industries is a plus. A mature
leadership style that combines structure, empathy, and long-term
thinking. Languages: English, Russian Key Soft Skills Excellent
stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with
various departments and senior leadership. Strong analytical
thinking to interpret HR metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments, ensuring flexibility in
managing changing priorities. Effective communication skills in
both English and Russian. Empathy and understanding to foster a
