Experteer Overview
In this role, you support and optimize IAM operations to protect Allianz Group’s IT services. You will work within a general IAM team to keep access management secure, reliable, and compliant with audit requirements. You’ll translate security needs into practical IAM solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resilient identity infrastructure. This is a chance to shape enterprise IAM on a large, international scale and contribute to a robust security program.

• Administration and configuration of One Identity Manager (1IM) environments and management of integrated identities and services
• System maintenance and execution of operational tasks
• Incident analysis, problem and change handling for IAM services
• Management of the cloud infrastructure hosting IAM services

Responsabilidades




• 3+ years of experience in system administration and IT operations
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, security, risks and governance
• Experience with One Identity Manager or other modern IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager)
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux, MS-SQL, Active Directory and Entra ID
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Ability to create documentation and transfer knowledge in an international environment
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with incident analysis and handling
