At J.P. SELECTA, we are expanding our team! We are a leading manufacturer of scientific and laboratory equipment with over 70 years of experience and a strong international presence.

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our International Sales Department in Abrera / Martorell (Barcelona).

What you will do

-

- Provide administrative support to the Export Sales team.

- Process customer orders and manage order entry in our ERP system.

- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.

- Handle customer and distributor inquiries via email and phone.

- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests.

- Coordinate with logistics, production, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.

- Assist with pricing, discounts, and commercial documentation.

- Support after-sales activities and help resolve customer issues.

What we are looking for

-

- Fluent English (C1 / Business level) – essential, as it is used daily.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.





- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial administration is an advantage.

- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.

- Technical knowledge is not mandatory

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Monday – Thursday

- 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Friday

-

- 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (continuous shift)

Summer Schedule (June, July & August)

- Continuous morning shift.
