As the Project QA/QC Lead, you ensure the project’s quality management framework aligns with contractual, ADNOC, and ISO requirements. You manage QA/QC teams and resources, drive risk registers, and oversee documentation and lessons learned. You collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enforce compliance and deliver high-quality project outcomes. This role offers impact across delivery phases, from FEED to handover, within a sustainability-minded, values-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop, maintain and enforce the Project Quality Management System and procedures per contract and ADNOC requirements
• Manage changes via the project MOC process and update QA/QC documentation accordingly
• Define and track Quality Objectives, KPIs and contractual requirements for all service providers and project phases
• Oversee selection of inspection agencies and ensure QC of critical equipment/materials
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits, monitor non-conformances, and ensure timely corrective actions
• Maintain Project Risk, NCR, and Lessons Learned registers and ensure ongoing risk management




• Ensure adequate QA/QC staffing and resource planning for project scope and complexity
• Support contracting strategy and third-party inspection decisions; facilitate interface with licensors, EPCs, and vendors
• Oversee project handover readiness and compliance with project-specific requirements
• Lead and mentor QA/QC team, promoting safety, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer
• Ensure alignment of QA/QC activities with HSE requirements and ADNOC/EHS policies
• Drive lessons learned dissemination and systematic learning across future projects

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• 20+ xqbhyrx years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical with 5+ years in a similar QA/QC leadership role
• ADNOC offshore project experience and GCCia context preferred
• Experience with FEED u0026 EPC phases and quality activities across engineering, procurement and construction
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 series and quality management principles; audit and NCR handling
• Proven track record in project handover and compliance management
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Professional certifications in quality management/lead auditing preferred
