Your mission will be to strengthen its operating model, enhance its existing capabilities, and drive the expansion of its mandate across new services, countries, and operational domains. /ppYou will lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, governance, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, helping transform the GCT into a key enabler of service reliability and operational performance across Pluxee. /ppYou will work closely with geographically distributed teams, fostering collaboration, engagement, and performance across multiple countries and cultures. Occasional travel may be required based on business priorities, transformation initiatives, and operational needs /ph3Education /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field /liliITIL certification or equivalent Service Management qualification is a plus /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulli8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, Service Delivery, or IT Transformation /liliProven experience improving operating models,
