leader in software development. If you have prior experience in IT
support or as an IT Technician and are looking for your next

Contract Type: Full-time (39h/week) Schedule: Monday to Friday,
09:00-18:00 Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and
troubleshooting for users of leading software and cloud-based
products. Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and
professionally. Ensure high-quality customer interactions with
empathy and clear communication. Document cases and solutions in
line with company standards.



Collaborate with internal teams to
escalate complex cases when necessary. Requirements C2-level
English communication skills both written and verbal. Education or
experience in IT technologies , ideally with knowledge of: Cloud
technologies Office suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint,
Lync Server, etc.) Microsoft Windows (a plus) Strong
problem-solving skills with critical and logical thinking. Ability
to manage diverse customer situations with empathy and
professionalism. Valid paperwork allowing employment in Spain
Located in A Coruña or available to relocate for this role
(relocation support is provided)
