Experteer Overview
In this role you will partner with cross-functional product teams to turn data into a flawless product experience. You’ll explore opportunities, validate hypotheses, and help launch impactful features for millions of users. You own analyses end-to-end, from ideation to communicating results to leadership, and you’ll use dashboards and storytelling to drive decisions. This is a data-driven, collaborative environment at Freenow, with a mission to empower smarter mobility decisions.

• Collaborate with product squads to generate feature ideas and estimate potential impact
• Gather requirements and define deliverables aligned with business needs
• Own analysis end-to-end from ideation to communicating results and prioritization
• Develop and evaluate A/B tests and analyses to measure feature performance
• Work with developers and data engineers to ensure data aligns with business logic
• Engage throughout the product lifecycle to ensure a data-driven process
• Produce insights, dashboards,



and storytelling to influence decisions

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with strong mathematical background
• 3+ years as a Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably in tech product organizations
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong SQL and database knowledge; proficiency in Python or R for analyses
• Experience with analyzing and interpreting A/B test results and statistics
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview) and event tracking (Mixpanel, GA, Firebase)
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to convey findings to stakeholders
