About The Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the reception team, always ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Responsibilities

- Ensure a flawless check‑in and check‑out process.
- Take care of guests throughout their stay.
- Liaise effectively with other hotel departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
- Supervise and support the reception team, ensuring smooth front desk operations.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards, maintaining consistency in guest interactions.
- Support the training and onboarding of new colleagues, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Execute administrative tasks related to the operation of the reception.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Front Office Manager.
Qualifications

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience within a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of hotel management systems (e.G., HMS, Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS).
- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts (day, afternoon, and night).
- Well‑groomed appearance, adhering to the hotel's grooming standards.
- Good IT skills, with solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- An independent and proactive approach.
