You will act as the main point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth transport execution, high service quality, and compliance with operational and legal requirements. In addition, you will support pricing and tender activities by preparing competitive transport quotations and contributing to continuous process improvements and overall operational performance. /p ul liPlan, coordinate, and manage national and international road freight operations across Barcelona and the EU /li liOrganize vehicle scheduling, driver assignments, and route planning to ensure efficient operations and on‑time deliveries /li liMonitor and manage daily dispatch activities in accordance with customer requirements and operational priorities /li liTrack transport orders in real time and ensure smooth execution throughout the entire transportation process /li liProactively resolve operational issues such as delays, route adjustments, or unexpected disruptions /li liMaintain clear and continuous communication with customers, drivers, subcontractors, and logistics partners /li liServe as the main point of contact for all transport‑related matters and ensure a high level of customer service /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with carriers, subcontractors, and external service providers /li liEnsure compliance with all applicable legal, safety, and internal company regulations, including driving/rest time requirements and load securing standards /li liPrepare, review,
