Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the glass production line with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability. You’ll partner with reliability, transformation, and operations teams to drive continuous improvements and long-term value creation. You will analyze performance and quality issues, apply root cause analysis, and implement standardized processes and SPC. This role offers exposure to float processes and cross-functional project work in a fast-paced, transformation-driven culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build foundational understanding of the glass production line and address performance and quality issues via root cause analysis
• Develop safe, compliant, and reliable operations through standard work and statistical process control
• Identify opportunities for improvement and manage projects to implement solutions
• Own output quality, production performance metrics, and process waste
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving events
• Support 24/7/365 manufacturing operations




• Train production operators and collaborate to improve processes
• Develop expertise in float processes and equipment to support troubleshooting and improvements
• Build expertise in float processes and equipment to strengthen reliability and process improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial/Operations, Materials Science, or Chemistry
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Experience operating, supporting, or improving manufacturing production processes
• Ability to use statistical methods and data analysis to improve production processes
• Experience working with customers to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
