Initially focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, you will take solutions from experimentation to production while helping build scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilities /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze business challenges and transformation opportunities, translating them into effective AI-driven solutions /li liAssess and select the most appropriate AI approach (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Agentic AI or hybrid solutions) for each business use case /li liExecute end-to-end AI projects, from discovery, experimentation and prototyping through to production deployment and business adoption /li liDesign, integrate and deploy scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments /li liSupport the first wave of business transformation initiatives within Finance, while building reusable AI assets and best practices that can be applied across other business domains /li liEnsure AI solutions meet performance, robustness, scalability, security and maintainability requirements /li liDeploy AI solutions into production environments and support model monitoring, retraining and lifecycle management /li liAdhere to architectural,



security and AI governance standards defined by the Global AI Department /li liContinuously explore and evaluate emerging AI techniques, models and technologies, assessing their applicability within enterprise environments /li liContribute to proofs of concept, technical evaluations and reusable delivery patterns /li liShare technical insights and recommendations with both business and technical stakeholders /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Must Have /h3 ul li5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence /li li3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer /li li1-2 years of hands-on experience delivering GenAI / Agentic AI solutions for real business use cases /li liStrong hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning and/or Computer Vision /li liProven experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept to production deployment /li liHands-on experience working with LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Amazon Bedrock and Hugging Face /li liExperience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks /li liKnowledge of agentic protocols such as MCP and A2A /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions /li liPragmatic mindset focused on delivering measurable business value /li liProfessional working proficiency in English and Spanish /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience building enterprise AI capabilities across different business functions /li liExperience within industrial or manufacturing environments /li liExperience with MLOps, model monitoring and AI lifecycle management /li liCloud certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform) /li liKnowledge of German and/or French /li /ul bIf you're ready to help shape the future of enterprise AI as part of a Global AI team, we'd love to hear from you! /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
