We attach particular importance to working in partnership with our customers and jointly developing tailored solutions from the initial idea through to implementation in the series production process. /p bThe hiring location will be one of our EU plants. /b h3Your Responsibilities: /h3 ul liCreation, Implementation and Compliance with coating and notching standards /li liSearching for new solutions to meet customer requirements with a focus on high efficiently, cost reduction and standards creation and implementation. /li liOptimization of current solutions (Proposing modifications to current solutions) /li liProduct and tools designee and analyse in case of process feasibility and risk management. /li liMonitor process parameters and adjust settings to optimize quality and productivity /li liIdentify and resolve technical issues during offiline processes /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality,



and engineering /li liParticipate in continuous improvement activities and process innovation /li liCreation of equipment technical specification. /li liSupport in new projects development with reference to coating activities. /li liManging of suppliers and customers communication with cooperation to program management. /li liSupporting to the plants in case of problem solving globally. /li liCooperation with plant technical team and technical managers. /li /ul h3Your Qualifications: /h3 ul liMaster's degree of engineering /li liMinimum 5 years of practical experience in coating or notching or other finishing processes. /li liWorking knowledge of CAD software for checking and confirming feasibility for tools and products. /li liCommunicative level of English (both spoken and written) /li liAbility to work independently, reliably, and with a problem-solving mindset /li liWillingness to travel based on project or internal customers’ needs /li liStrong technical background in coating solutions. /li liOther finishing processes will be an advantage. /li liTeam player with good communication /li liOpen to learning and adapting in a dynamic production environment /li liDecision-making based on facts /li liCommon sense and perception of context /li /ul pPlease send your application to /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
