Join our dynamic Design Mods, Retrofits, and Blades team as a Student Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting business continuity within Major Projects operations. Imagine being at the heart of service order and logistics coordination, where you will track materials, process service requests, and assist in planning and cost monitoring of operational activities. You will engage with global teams to ensure the smooth activation and dispatch of technicians, making a real impact on our projects. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key as you contribute to our mission in the renewable energy sector.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Monitor and follow up on the status of material orders and deliveries to ensure timely execution.

- Request and process Service Orders (SvOs) in collaboration with global teams to streamline operations.

- Manage the activation and dispatch of technicians for specific Service Orders based on project requirements.





- Review and verify cost allocations and expenses associated with Service Orders to maintain budget integrity.

- Assist in planning costs and timelines, ensuring accurate documentation for all service-related activities.

What You Bring

- You are currently a student, eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing administrative tasks effectively.

- You possess effective communication skills, enabling you to interact with team members and integral partners.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills will help you excel in this role.

- A B1 level in English is required, allowing you to maintain conversations and collaborate with diverse teams.
