Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead national procurement initiatives across various Food & Beverage categories. Reporting directly to the Area Strategic Sourcing Director, you will define and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and drive cost optimization while ensuring quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and implement national category strategies focused on total cost of ownership
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers
- Build and manage a reliable supplier base
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with internal F&B; stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s xcskxlj degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of sourcing experience in a multicultural, matrixed environment
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, accountable, and results-oriented
