Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and deliver civil works and infrastructure projects on Airbus facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability. You will design efficient layouts aligned with operational needs and oversee on-site construction activities. You will integrate ESG principles into designs and manage budgets, schedules, and risk, working with cross-functional teams to deliver value. This position offers hands-on site work with occasional travel, and an opportunity to shape our facilities in a multicultural, performance-driven environment.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering or Architecture with strong building background (EQF7/MECES 3 Master habilitante)
• Minimum 5 years in construction/infrastructure projects; 10+ preferred
• Experience as field engineer or technical project manager in building u0026 construction
• Excellent communication skills; team-oriented; customer-focused; continuous improvement mindset
• Negotiation and high level English proficiency
• Strong project management, QA, financial control (CapEx/OpEx), Ru0026O management, planning/scheduling, licenses u0026 administration
