As Project Manager in Madrid, you lead a client-focused project team to deliver strategic commissions in the industrial sector. You will align with the Client and Project Director to shape development strategy, define procedures, and ensure delivery standards. You act as the main client contact, manage governance, cost, schedule, and risk, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders. This role offers you influence on high-profile projects within an international environment and a chance to drive impactful outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• Approx. 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in construction, office, logistics/industrial, or similar projects
• Understanding xqbhyrx of total project life cycle from inception to post-project review
• Excellent knowledge of main PM concepts, tools and techniques
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, MS Project, office productivity tools, and BIM platforms
• Strong communication skills in an international context
• Highly motivated and client-focused
• Fluent in Spanish and minimum B3 English
• Willingness to travel occasionally
