What we look for?
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Utilities, Customer Information Systems (CIS), Billing, and Customer-to-Cash / Meter-to-Cash processes to join a large-scale transformation programme.
In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, helping to define future-state processes, translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories,



and ensure successful implementation across billing, customer management, metering, payments, collections, and market operations.

Full remote collaboration, with travel occasionally to London.
