As an Enterprise Project Manager in Sovos’ European Professional Services, you lead multi-country SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, shaping tax compliance and e-invoicing projects across the EMEA region. You act as the primary delivery partner, guiding scope, timeline, risk and stakeholder engagement from kickoff to go-live and Hypercare. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, revenue impact, and client satisfaction, within a dynamic, global tax-tech environment.

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise e-invoicing and tax compliance implementations across multiple EMEA countries
• Serve as primary contact and escalation point for client stakeholders including executives
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports; surface risks early
• Lead structured project governance with regular status meetings and go/no-go decisions
• Manage scope and drive change orders when needed
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Solution Consultants, Technical Consultants, SAP specialists, Regulatory, Product)
• Track project hours against PS retainer balances and manage burn-down
• Maintain accurate project data in Cloud Coach and Sovos tooling in real time
• Manage Hypercare post-go-live and handover to Customer Support




• Contribute to continuous improvement of PS delivery methodology and governance frameworks
• Provide feedback to Product Management on patterns and enhancements

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years delivering enterprise SaaS implementations in Professional Services
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in tax compliance, e-invoicing, VAT, or regulatory tech
• Proven track record with enterprise clients across multiple countries/time zones
• Experience with SAP-integrated implementations (ECC, S/4HANA, Process Orchestration) preferred
• Hands-on retainer-based PS engagements including scope management and change governance
• Familiarity with EMEA e-invoicing mandates (France, Germany, xqbhyrx Poland, Turkey) advantageous
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to align executives with delivery momentum
• Strong commercial acumen relating delivery to revenue and margin
• Proactive risk management and clear communication
• Proficiency with project management tools (Cloud Coach, Salesforce, Jira)
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor in Business (earlier stated) with related field experience
• Fluency in English; French/German/Dutch/Spanish/Polish advantageous
