In this role, you will build and scale AI-powered automations for People u0026amp; Culture, acting as the primary executor of agentic AI workflows within the Pu0026amp;C tech stack. You’ll work hands-on to deliver production-ready solutions that reduce manual effort and improve the Celonaut experience, shaping how HR processes are automated and integrated with systems like Workday and Make. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position with a strong bias toward rapid prototyping, testing, and deployment. You’ll contribute to defining the AI practice within Pu0026amp;C and translate innovative ideas into tangible outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, build and maintain automations and agentic solutions across the Pu0026C tech stack using Make, API integrations, and agentic AI frameworks
• Implement end-to-end AI workflows from prompt design and LLM orchestration to testing, deployment, and iteration
• Configure and extend Workday to support new automation logic and integration requirements
• Own the AI and automation layer of the tech ecosystem, ensuring performance, documentation, and scalability




• Plan for governance and continuous maintenance of automations and AI capabilities
• Project-manage end-to-end initiatives including stakeholder management and enablement
• Contribute to the AI strategy, evaluate new tools/frameworks, and shape future build directions
• Stay ahead of AI/automation trends and translate opportunities into team initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Strong systems thinking in complex multi-tool environments
• Agentic AI frameworks such as Claude, OpenAI or Gemini
• Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
• Make or similar iPaaS automation tools
• API integration knowledge xqbhyrx (REST, webhooks) and experience with MCP
• Genuine understanding of HR operations and how HR processes work
• Ability to move fast, prototype, test rigorously, and document
• Clear communication to non-technical Pu0026C stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity in a new AI-focused role
