Experteer Overview
In this Data Analyst role, you will import and transform customer data into Affinity, configuring the platform to support customers’ workflows. You will collaborate with Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, set expectations, and deliver actionable data reports that demonstrate value. Your work spans data cleaning, deduplication, mapping to Affinity’s data model, and creating dashboards that reveal insights. You’ll combine data skills with proactive customer communication and AI-assisted workflow automation to scale onboarding.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Import and transform CSV data into Affinity and configure tables, lists, and fields
• Manage the data import queue with status, ETA, priority, and next steps
• Clean, deduplicate, and validate data for high-quality imports
• Map customer data to Affinity’s data model with Onboarding/Implementation teams
• Lead requirements-gathering conversations to understand data structures and reporting needs




• Translate requirements into structured data configurations and reports aligned to business goals
• Build and deliver clear reports and dashboards highlighting insights from imported data
• Communicate with customers to clarify data formats, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Leverage AI tools to automate and templatize repeatable workflows

Responsabilidades
• Excel / Google Sheets power user (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, text manipulation)
• Strong client communication; lead requirements-gathering and translate needs into technical solutions
• Confident presenter of data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or database concepts (fields, records, relationships)
• Organized and able to manage multiple imports with competing deadlines
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, or dashboard building (Looker, Tableau or similar)
