As a German-speaking Account Manager at Lightspeed, you cultivate lasting client partnerships and translate client goals into Lightspeed solutions. You will drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and the software suite, guiding customers to maximize value and achieve growth. You’ll manage multi-account portfolios, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure renewals while reducing churn. This role offers the chance to influence customer outcomes in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and to contribute to Lightspeed’s mission of empowering merchants.

• Serve as primary contact to build trusted, long-term partnerships and support client success
• Guide account growth and upgrade paths to advanced solutions
• Create new revenue through upsells, cross-sells, and expansions aligned with client goals
• Deliver product demos and support adoption to maximize tool utilization
• Monitor account performance metrics (MRR, NRR, health, engagement)
• Proactively manage churn, resolve issues,



and strengthen relationships
• Negotiate and close agreements, achieving renewal, retention, and growth targets
• Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to boost customer experience and MRR

Responsabilidades
• Fluency in German
• Proven success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles with revenue growth and retention targets
• Ability to identify client challenges, tailor solutions, and deliver long-term value
• Ability to build trust with executive stakeholders and foster partnerships
• Understanding of complex business models and data-driven decision making
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales forecasting/pipeline tools
• Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
