resolve booking, payment, and technical inquiries while ensuring
every customer feels heard, supported, and valued. Your
Responsibilities Assist travelers and accommodation partners with
booking-related questions and support requests Handle inquiries
related to services, payments, and technical issues with
professionalism and empathy Communicate effectively via phone and
email, always delivering a high level of customer care Mediate
between customers and accommodation providers to find the best
possible solutions Follow internal processes and quality standards
while working efficiently in a dynamic environment Adapt to
changing priorities and contribute positively to team performance
What We're Looking For Fluent Icelandic (C2 level)



and advanced
English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with Office 365, CRM tools, and digital
platforms Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude
Previous customer service or contact center experience is a plus
Interest in travel, hospitality, or accommodation platforms is
