Serve as the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers,
handling their travel inquiries, bookings, and support needs .
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a
high level of satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer
experience. Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat ,
providing clear and accurate information on travel options,
policies, and procedures. Work closely with our internal teams to
ensure seamless operations, including coordinating with sales,
marketing, and logistics departments.



Contribute to improving
processes and services by providing feedback on customer
interactions and identifying potential areas for enhancement. What
Were Looking For : Native Finnish speaker with strong communication
skills in English (both written and verbal). Previous customer
service experience (preferably within a travel agency or similar
industry) is highly valued but not required. Enthusiasm for travel
and a strong desire to help customers plan their perfect trips,
making memorable experiences possible. Ability to work well under
pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment. Must already be based in Barcelona , as this is an
onsite role and is open to locals only . A friendly, proactive, and
