Key tasks

- Processing and managing removal orders from start to finish
- Creating, maintaining, and organizing essential documents and tour plans
- Entering, updating, and managing customer and operational data
- Assisting our dispatch team with daily planning and coordination
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, drivers, and business partners
- Handling general organizational and commercial office tasks

Qualifications and traits




- Good language skills in both German and Spanish
- Confident computer skills and comfortable handling office software
- A careful, thorough, and structured working method
- Strong team spirit, friendliness, and reliable communication
- Previous experience in an office or commercial setting is a plus, but your motivation and willingness to learn new tasks are much more important to us
