Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Madrid.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a high-quality support experience and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high standard of service Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases Meet performance targets and KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
