Senior Service Now Consultant

Role Overview

The Senior Service Now Consultant will play a key role in the technical implementation and customization of the Service Now ITSM platform, supporting solution design and ensuring that the platform follows Service Now best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implementation of Service Now ITSM solutions

Configuration and development within a domain separated Service Now instance

Development of business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies

Support of Service Now integrations with external systems

Participation in technical design discussions

Collaboration with stakeholders and project teams

Ensuring adherence to Service Now best practices

Qualifications

Required Skills

Strong experience with Service Now platform development

Deep knowledge of ITSM processes





Experience with domain separated Service Now environments

Solid knowledge of Java Script

Experience in enterprise Service Now implementations

Certifications

CSA – mandatory

CIS ITSM – recommended

Language Requirements

English – professional working proficiency

German – nice to have (project environment is German-speaking)
