That's why we're looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist (R&D;) to join our multidisciplinary engineering team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with a passion for technical documentation, organization and continuous improvement to contribute to the development of cutting-edge medical technology.
THE ROLE
As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you'll become a key partner for our engineering teams.
You'll help transform complex technical work into structured, accurate and traceable documentation, ensuring that engineering knowledge is captured, maintained and shared throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Working closely with Mechanical, Electronics, Software, Systems Engineering, Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams, you'll help ensure our documentation meets the highest standards of quality, consistency and traceability required in the Medical Device industry.
Your work will directly support product development, regulatory compliance and future innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepare, review and maintain technical documentation generated throughout R&D; projects.
Draft technical reports, project documentation,
scientific-technical reports and state-of-the-art reviews.
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, consistent and fully traceable.
Manage document version control, including engineering drawings, specifications, test reports, validation documentation and technical records.
Coordinate documentation activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Support engineers in creating and maintaining structured documentation throughout the design and development process.
Organize and manage technical documentation using document management platforms such as Share Point, PLM or ERP systems.
Support document control activities related to Design History Files (DHF), technical files and engineering documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, templates and document control practices.
WHO YOU ARE
You're an engineer who enjoys bringing structure to complexity.
You have excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and a natural ability to work methodically.
You enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams and are comfortable understanding engineering concepts, even when working across different technical disciplines.
You understand that high-quality documentation is much more than paperwork—it's an essential part of developing safe,
innovative and compliant medical devices.
You're proactive, curious and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and make technical information more accessible and reliable.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or another relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
Previous experience preparing or managing technical documentation within R&D; or engineering environments.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured and accurate documentation.
Experience working with document management systems such as Share Point, PLM, ERP or similar platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
