Tasks * Be the person in charge of the technical management, including maintenance of the Catalysis/Battery/Chemistry/Materials-science laboratories.
You will mainly develop the activities at these laboratory premises.
* Provide the technical support and scientific services offered by the Catalysis/Battery/Chemistry/Materials-science laboratories to laboratory users which includes support for experiment setup and sample preparation to users or beamline staff.
* Identify any safety hazards within the lab operation, develop mitigation strategies using ALBA's safety resources, and ensure the implementation of all risk mitigation procedures in the daily work.
This also includes Update of inventories, lab protocols and Operator Instruction sheets (OIS).
* Keep the stock products and carry out the purchase orders required for the correct functioning of the laboratory.
* And any other similar and reasonable task or function in accordance with the responsibilities that may be assigned by Management, if applicable Requirements The requirements for participation must be met on the date of the deadline for the submission of applications and will be accredited by means of the CV attached to it,

The successful candidate must: Hold an advanced professional training course ("ciclo formativo de grado superior") on laboratory techniques, or a degree in chemistry or material sciences, or must be able to demonstrate an extensive experience of at least 2 years as a laboratory technician in these areas.
