We are looking for someone curious, proactive and business‑oriented, with hands‑on experience running growth levers, not just theoretical knowledge — someone who has actually managed paid campaigns, worked on conversion optimisation, and knows how to turn data into decisions.Main responsibilities
Growth strategy & business opportunities
Identify and propose new growth opportunities across the ecommerce funnel.Support the launch of new marketing initiatives, acquisition channels and ecommerce projects.Analyse business needs and translate them into actionable marketing, ecommerce or automation projects.Think creatively about how to attract traffic, capture leads, nurture users and convert them into customers.Collaborate with different teams to turn growth ideas into real projects.Paid media & acquisition

affiliates or external acquisition channels.Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement, adjusting targeting, budget and creative based on results.Work with creative and marketing teams to improve messaging, targeting and performance. We're not looking for a senior performance marketing specialist, but candidates should have real, direct experience managing and optimising campaigns.Analytics, reporting & insights
Build, maintain and improve reports and dashboards for different teams.Work with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI or other reporting platforms.Lead the setup of tracking elements such as GA4 events, conversions and Google Tag Manager tags.Analyse data to extract useful insights and translate them into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.Analyse website behaviour, ecommerce metrics and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities.Design and run A/B tests and experiments aimed at improving conversion rate, user experience and business results.Work with ecommerce, UX/UI and development teams to define, launch and analyse experiments.Use data to validate hypotheses and support decision‑making. This is a core part of the role: candidates should have real experience optimising funnels, conversions and business outcomes, not just familiarity with the concept.Stay up to date with AI developments relevant to ecommerce and marketing, and bring ideas on how to apply them to growth projects.Comfort working with AI agents and tools to support tasks such as reporting,
campaign optimisation or process automation — personal projects or self‑driven exploration are valued just as much as professional experience.Project coordination
Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving marketing, ecommerce, CRM, data, design, development or external partners.Turn broad business needs into clear project briefs, tasks and priorities.Follow up on implementation, results and next steps.Communicate clearly with different teams and managers and make complex ideas easy to understand. What we are looking for
A growth mindset and strong curiosity for ecommerce, marketing and digital business.Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads or similar) and optimising them based on performance.Proven experience in CRO: working on funnel optimisation, conversion improvements and driving measurable business results.Analytical thinking and ability to work with data.Creativity to identify new opportunities and propose actionable ideas.Good understanding of ecommerce funnels: traffic, leads, conversion, retention and customer value.Genuine interest in AI and its role in marketing/growth, with some practical exposure to AI agents or tools — professional or personal projects both count.Ability to work across different projects and adapt to changing priorities.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Advanced level of Spanish.
