? is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to fully own the end-to-end growth funnel for our new AI education programs — from identifying opportunities and launching acquisition channels to optimizing unit economics and scaling what works.

What you will do:

- Own the end-to-end growth funnel and drive acquisition strategy across the entire customer journey.
- Launch and validate new paid channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Search, communities, webinars, and more).
- Design, test, and optimize funnels, offers, and landing page experiments to improve conversion.
- Analyze full-funnel economics (CAC, conversion, cohorts, revenue) and make weekly scale-or-kill decisions.
- Develop audience insights by combining data with customer research, sales calls, and market signals.




- Partner with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Sales to bring new programs to sustainable growth.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Full-Funnel Marketing.
- Hands-on experience launching and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with meaningful budgets.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics, unit economics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to work with niche audiences, ambiguous data, and hypothesis-driven decision making.
- Experience briefing cross-functional teams and owning outcomes rather than execution alone.
- AI-native workflow: confidently use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, content creation, and experimentation.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
