Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing data and analytics team focused on transforming trusted data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and self-service data solutions using modern Microsoft data technologies. You will help translate business requirements into scalable data products, ensuring data quality, governance, and usability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
- Prepare, transform,



and model data using Microsoft Fabric and related technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are followed.
- Perform testing and validation of data models, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Support self-service analytics adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate within Agile teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of the data platform.
