This isn't a salaried role. It's a revenue-share partnership. You run the deals and the local team. We bring what's already working elsewhere.

Who We're Looking For

Currently working in recruitment in Spain - probably for a boring corporate agency and you feel it's time to build something, but with support since day 0, better.

Comfortable with ownership over a fixed paycheck - you have some personal runway

Direct, no patience for corporate process or bla bla bla

Based in Spain, native spanish, know the market from the inside, from tech to enterprise

You have commercial skills and are comfortable in reaching out to people, going to events, etc.
