As part of our Global Payroll team, you will play a key role in strengthening governance, compliance, internal controls, and operational excellence across our global payroll organization.
In this position, you will support the development of a standardized and well-controlled payroll environment by driving governance initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, managing compliance and audit activities, and partnering with stakeholders across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external providers.
You will develop dashboards, reports and gather insights to support decision making.
You will also contribute to our ongoing Global Payroll Transformation journey, helping shape future payroll processes, controls, and service delivery models.Your tasksDriving Payroll Governance, Compliance, and Internal Control initiatives across multiple countriesMonitoring payroll risks, controls, audit findings, and remediation activitiesDefining, tracking, and reporting Global Payroll KPIs and operational performance metrics.Supporting process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiativesContributing to internal and external audit activities and ensuring compliance with corporate standardsYour profileBachelors or master's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, accounting, or a related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in Governance, Internal Controls, Process Management, Audit, Compliance, Shared Services, or similar functionsPayroll experience is highly desirableStrong experience in process governance, internal controls, risk management,



and performance monitoringAdvanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
