Job Description: An opportunity for Sales Air Power Assistant has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe.ResponsibilitiesManage calendars and email inboxes, prioritizing tasks and gathering information to support decision-making for the Manager and the team when required;provide administrative support to the Manager and team.Anticipate and identify needs whenever possible;organize meetings and planning activities;coordinate with other assistants, stakeholders, and functions.Manage meeting minutes (MoM), including follow-up communications and action tracking, and maintain distribution lists up to date.Manage logistics for events, weblives, and other team activities.Take ownership of internal and external communications within the team.Contribute to positive working relationships and act as a facilitator within the team and with stakeholders.Handle office administrative tasks (telephone support, meeting and event administration, HR requirements, expense management, etc.);serve as the focal point for IT and facilities management;support the organization of events and weblives.Manage team logistics, including office supplies and travel arrangements.Promote initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint by minimizing printing, plastic use, and waste generation.What we are looking forEducated to degree levelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skillsTeam spirit and able to work in a dynamic environmentHigh level of motivation to lead complex projectsEnglish: Negotiation levelSpanish: FluentWHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?
