About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer specialised in Prompt Engineering to join a dynamic AI team within an international technology environment.

In this role, you will design and optimise advanced prompts for Large Language Models and apply Generative AI to automate and improve different tasks across the software development lifecycle.

You will work with models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA, applying advanced prompting techniques, prompt templating, optimisation, evaluation, and benchmarking.

What you'll do

- Design and optimise advanced prompts for Large Language Models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.
- Apply advanced prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought Prompting, Few-Shot Prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Tool Use, and Function Calling.
- Develop prompt templates and optimise prompts iteratively based on evaluation and benchmarking.
- Apply AI to automate or improve software development tasks, including automatic code generation, test case generation, technical documentation, requirements analysis, automated code review, and testing script generation.
- Work with modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Design specialised AI agents for specific tasks across the software development lifecycle.
- Work with AI and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.
- Evaluate and benchmark prompts and their results.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another relevant engineering or technical field.
- Experience designing advanced prompts for Large Language Models.




- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.
- Knowledge of advanced prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought Prompting, Few-Shot Prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Tool Use, and Function Calling.
- Experience with prompt templating and iterative prompt optimisation.
- Experience evaluating and benchmarking prompts.
- Experience applying AI to software development use cases, including code generation, test case generation, technical documentation, requirements analysis, automated code review, or testing script generation.
- Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Knowledge of AI agent orchestration and specialised AI agents.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.
- English and Spanish C1.
- Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience in the aerospace or aviation sector.
- Knowledge or experience in ATM (Air Traffic Management).
