Who we’re looking for

- We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full‑stack experience .
- Comfortable digging into complex business logic , especially around insurance and payroll.
- Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions .
- Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real‑world complexity.
- B2B experience is a plus!
- Well‑versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript).
- Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
- Curious, self‑starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
