Within the Paid Acquisition team (Marketing & Sales department) and based in Barcelona, your mission is to analyze, optimize and scale our SEA performance for the Spanish market through a data‑driven approach.

Your role consists in analyzing acquisition performance, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing our SEA campaigns to generate qualified leads for our Operations teams.

This is a strategic and highly analytical role for papernest since you will be managing one of our main acquisition channels for foreign countries. Your role will cover several areas: digital marketing, project management, SEA, data analysis and management.

Your Futures Missions

Drive performance through data analysis

- Analyse and monitor Spanish accounts with a data‑driven (ROI‑based) approach.
- Test new campaigns, features and bidding strategy to increase our conversion rate and make sure we keep on growing.
- Identify insights, prioritize and launch new tests to boost our growth on these markets.

User experiences : own the whole SEA funnel for your accounts

- Ensure perfect content creation, integration and tracking of our landing pages.
- Promote a test & learn dynamic to better know our users and understand their behavior.




- Benchmark our competitors and other sectors to find the best practices.

Data Analysis & Performance

- Analyze daily and weekly performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
- Build deep‑dive analyses on campaign performance and experiments to support business decisions.

About You

- Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus.
- Business or engineering school.
- A first experience in the Digital Marketing field or in Consulting, previous experience in SEO/PPC is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills: you master Excel, SQL is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Great interpersonal skills and great ability to communicate.
