At DRAGADOS, our track record speaks for itself, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving our talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and attracting top talent for a wide range of positions, from entry‑level roles to senior management positions. This role focuses on identifying, contacting, and recruiting high‑quality candidates, working closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring across multiple projects. Among other duties, the person will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements (job specifications, job duties,
qualifications and key skills).
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for junior‑to‑senior‑level positions.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Participate in the development of talent attraction and recruiting programs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive salary benchmarking, and emerging skills to provide valuable insights and improve recruitment strategies.
- Compile and report all analytics around talent acquisitions and recruitment and share reports with senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment managing full‑cycle recruitment processes for technical profiles.
- Proficient in MS Office and general IT tools, with experience using major job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
